Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a sales representative team to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Sales Performance and Target Achievement:
● Drive efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for onboarding new SMEs, corporate subscriptions, and truck service providers on the company platform and mobile app.
● Ensure the sales team is focused on acquiring new clients who will download the mobile app thus increasing the number of trips.
● Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
● Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
● Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand.
Team Leadership and Development:
● Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales Representatives to meet their targets.
● Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and foster a collaborative culture.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
● Set and communicate quarterly sales targets related to new and maintained subscriptions.
● Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
● Prepare regular reports on team performance, market insights, and customer feedback for upper management.
