Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy of store records, oversee all logistics and administrative duties of the Mess Hall.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Tracks stock levels and provide report

• Requests for low stock items

• Review requests from the service provider

• Issue requests from service provider

• Implement an anti-wastage plan

• Record all issuances and received stock in Excel

• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures in mess hall by contractor

• Perform any other related duties based on the exigencies of the Company as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies

  • Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Catering/Hotel/Facilities Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in warehouse, stores & Catering Services Management.
  • Working experience in the mining or extractive industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office package and inventory management
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Chinese.
