Job Description

A reputable company is looking for a Professional Employee Relations Supervisor to establish and maintain good employee relations, promptly address employee complaints and disputes, and promote a harmonious work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Employee Relations Management: Establish and maintain good employee relations, promptly address employee complaints and disputes, and promote a harmonious work environment.
2.Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and improve employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with national laws and company requirements.
3.Communication Channel Development: Build effective communication channels, regularly collect employee feedback, and facilitate communication between management and employees.
4.Employee Training and Development: Organize training related to employee relations to enhance management and employee awareness and skills in managing employee relations.
5.Culture Building: Promote company culture initiatives to enhance employees’ sense of belonging and team cohesion.
6.Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to employee relations, provide reports and recommendations, and optimize employee relations management strategies.
7.Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees, analyze reasons for departure, and propose improvement suggestions to reduce turnover rates.
8.Compliance Management: Ensure that employee relations management activities comply with labor laws and relevant regulations to minimize legal risks.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. masters degree or above, preferably in human resources management, psychology, law, or related fields.
2. Over 4 years of experience in employee relations or human resources, with prior experience as an employee relations supervisor preferred.
3.Understanding of labor laws and best practices in employee relations management, with strong communication and coordination skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively address employee relations issues.
5.Good data analysis skills, capable of making reasonable recruitment decisions based on data.
