Job Description
A reputable company is looking for a professional Audit Supervisor to according the daily process requirements, conduct routine checks on daily results and the updating status and accuracy of on-site stack cards. You will be responsible for cross-checking system outbound and actual waybill outbound to ensure document consistency and match between goods and documents, eliminating occurrences where goods are shipped without being recorded in the system or vice versa. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.According to the daily process requirements, conduct routine checks on daily results and the updating status and accuracy of on-site stack cards.
2.Responsible for cross-checking system outbound and actual waybill outbound to ensure document consistency and match between goods and documents, eliminating occurrences where goods are shipped without being recorded in the system or vice versa.
3.Responsible for 6S inspections within the warehouse and outputting inspection checklists, issue records, and rectification statuses.
4.Responsible for checking the execution of processes for various activities in the warehouse to ensure standardized operations.
5.Responsible for checking whether daily document scanning and archiving are timely and comprehensive.
6.Daily audit form inspection results and statistical data for weekly/monthly checks.
7.Daily issue record data and rectification comparison status.
8.Complete other tasks assigned by immediate superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Have experience in large factory/company warehouse management, familiar with factory logistics model, planning, production, warehousing, and heating preparation.
2. Able to adapt to the shift system, that is, working opposite each other during the day, 12 hours a day.
3. Word, Excel, PPT and other mainstream office software operation.
4. Strong adaptability, ability to withstand certain pressure, and the courage to take responsibility.
5. Master’s degree, at least 2 years experience.
