Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Height Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks at elevated locations such as rooftops, towers, scaffolding, and other high structures. This role requires strong attention to safety, physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively in challenging outdoor environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work at height on towers, rooftops, and structures
  • Inspect elevated structures and report any defects or safety risks
  • Use and maintain fall protection systems and PPE (harness, helmet, lanyard, etc.)
  • Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and access equipment where required
  • Assist in lifting and securing tools and materials at height
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Carry out routine equipment checks before and after use
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks
  • Prepare and submit job completion reports

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience working at heights or in a related field (construction, telecom, oil & gas, etc.) is an advantage
  • Ability to work comfortably and confidently at elevated heights
  • Good physical fitness and stamina
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and PPE usage
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Basic technical or mechanical skills will be an advantage
  • Certification in Working at Heights or Rope Access (e.g., IRATA) is a plus

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Must be medically fit for working at heights.

Must have no fear of heights or vertigo

Strict adherence to safety standards and company policies is required at all times
