JOB SUMMARY

A reputable company is seeking an experienced bike rider to safely, timely, and efficiently transport goods, packages, or documents to designated locations by motorcycle or bicycle. The role requires excellent navigation skills, adherence to traffic laws, and a strong commitment to customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick up and deliver items (e.g., food, parcels, documents) to customers or businesses promptly.
  • Verify delivery details such as addresses, contact information, and order accuracy before dispatch.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed within the specified timeframe.
  • Maintain communication with dispatchers, supervisors, or customers regarding delivery status.
  • Collect payments when required and issue receipts.
  • Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during transit.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Follow all road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Keep records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid rider’s license (License A)
  • Proven experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of local routes and navigation tools (e.g., GPS, maps).
  • Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
  • Physically fit and able to ride for extended periods.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
