Job Description

Job Purpose

The HR/Admin Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in human resource management and administrative operations. The role ensures effective recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while also overseeing general administrative duties that enhance organizational efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills to support both employees and management in achieving corporate objectives

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Management

                •             Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including job postings, interviews, and orientation.

                •             Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

                •             Coordinate staff training, development, and performance management processes.

                •             Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.

                •             Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.

                •             Support payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department.

2. Compliance & Policy Implementation

                •             Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.

                •             Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

                •             Conduct periodic audits of HR practices to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.

3. Administrative Support

                •             Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance for smooth operations.

                •             Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and corporate events.

                •             Handle correspondence, filing systems, and administrative records for the HR/Admin office.

                •             Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

                •             Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.

                •             Assist in organizing team-building events, welfare programs, and CSR activities.

                •             Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and support.

Qualifications & Requirements

                •             Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

                •             Minimum of 10 –15 years’ experience in HR and administration, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

                •             Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

                •             Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

                •             Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

                •             High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

                •             Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
