Job Description

Job Purpose

The Corporate Head Assistant provides high-level executive support to the Corporate Head/CEO, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, decision-making processes, and strategic initiatives. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders. The Corporate Head Assistant serves as a trusted partner, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining organizational efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

                •             Manage the Corporate Head’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

                •             Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings.

                •             Draft correspondence, reports, and documents on behalf of the Corporate Head.

                •             Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

2. Communication & Coordination

                •             Act as the first point of contact between the Corporate Head and internal/external stakeholders.

                •             Facilitate effective communication and follow-up on key decisions across departments.

                •             Coordinate and support Board meetings, management meetings, and stakeholder engagements.

3. Strategic & Administrative Support

                •             Assist in tracking corporate projects, initiatives, and performance indicators.

                •             Conduct research and prepare business or industry-related briefs to support decision-making.

                •             Manage office operations related to the Corporate Head’s office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.

4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

                •             Build and maintain professional relationships with senior management, partners, regulators, and clients.

                •             Represent the Corporate Head in meetings or events when delegated.

                •             Ensure timely response to inquiries and requests directed to the Corporate Head’s office.

5. Special Projects & Corporate Initiatives

                •             Support in planning and execution of corporate programs, events, and CSR activities.

                •             Contribute to organizational development initiatives and process improvements.

                •             Provide project management support to ensure alignment with corporate goals

Qualifications & Requirements

                •             Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

                •             Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive assistance, office management, or corporate support, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

                •             Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

                •             Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

                •             High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

                •             Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.

                •             Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
