Job Description

• Connecting the appropriate wiring to transformers and installing circuit breakers.
• Advising superiors and co-workers of possible hazards. Planning the layout of wiring to comply with established blueprints and safety requirements. Fabricating proper materials.
• prepare, assemble, install, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and related equipment in all types of buildings and other structures.
• Perform detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
• Inspect all electric tools and equipment before use for damaged or frayed power cords.
• Remove frayed or defective extensions and power cords from the workplace.
