Job Overview

A reputable security company is looking for a Team Lead – PR, Marketing & Quality Assurance.

The role involves coordinating all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including
community relations, public relations, information, events, and demos. S/he leads the marketing team.
The Team Lead will organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with
stakeholders, media and the public.

Responsibilities of a Marketing & Quality Assurance Team Lead

• Developing PR strategies and campaigns
• Preparing press releases, keynote speeches and promotional material
• Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public
• Develop and execute advertising programs and external marketing.
• Prepare marketing strategy and write action plans to attain specific objectives.
• Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with Senior Management
• Edit and update promotional material and publications
• Prepare and distribute press releases
• Organize PR events and serve as the company’s spokesperson
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
• Address inquiries from the media and other parties
• Track media coverage and follow industry trends
• Prepare and submit PR reports
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

• Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
• Background in researching, writing and editing publications
• Proficient in MS Office and social media
• BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
• Certificate in Marketing is a plus
