TEAM LEAD – FINANCE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT is a process of analyzation of our customer base and current sales
strategies to identify the opportunities.

A reputable security company is looking for a Team Lead – Finance & Business Development.

The individual in this role would be responsible for analyzing our customer base and current sales
strategies and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability. We are seeking a
candidate who is creatively-minded and eager to think outside the box when it comes to our customers
and their needs.

Responsibilities of Team Lead Finance & Business Development.

• Assisting in the preparation of budgets
• Managing records and receipts
• Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
• Preparing balance sheets
• Processing invoices
• Developing in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
• Providing customer service to clients
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
• Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
• Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Updating internal systems with financial data
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Reconciling bank statements
• Participating in financial audits
• Tracking bank deposits and payments
• Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs
and increase in revenue.
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish
strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
• Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.

Qualifications

• BA or BSc in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge Tally Accounting, SAP, QuickBooks, Tableau etc
