Responsibilities and duties

  • Acting as a first point of contact for CEO, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing his diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences for CEO
  • Reminding CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence for the CEO
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO, which will vary according to the needs of the CEO, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.


Qualifications and requirements

 Degree or higher

High proficiency in English

More than a years experience working in a similar role

  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
