A reputable company is currently looking for a self-motivated and talented human resource manager to join their organization.
Develop, implement, and manage policies and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, recruiting, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services on behalf of the company.
Manage the complete employee life cycle from the human resource perspective within the company.
Lead the recruitment process ensuring that vacancies are planned for & filled in line with company procedures.
Design, implement and manage the induction process of all new employees.
Provide HR support for all projects as required to drive timely execution and within budget from and HR perspective.
Handle all compensation and benefits matters including pay reviews, benchmarking, market analysis and implementation in coordination with line managers.
4+ years of experience in human resources management, experience in Administration, or Marketing is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate technical HR information clearly & concisely.
