Job Description

A reputable company is looking for a professional Engineering Channel Sales Supervisor to coordinate and manage sales representatives schedules. You will be responsible for research potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources, understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
“1. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
2. Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules
3. Research potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources.
4. Receive and report on all sales leads.
5. Supervise sales representatives.
6. Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
7. Work with sales team and track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
8. Meet all sales quotas and goals.
9. Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Masters degree or above in Sales/marketing, business administration or related field.
2. Over 3 years working experience in Building material, construction, insurance, FMCG, Bank or related industry.
3. Very good communication skills.
4. Accept to travel around.
5. Ability to take critical and measureable initiatives.
6. Good presentation skills.
