FARM MANAGERS

Job Description

A reputable company is seeking experienced Farm Managers to oversee and manage the daily operations of its farms. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating farming activities to ensure the efficient production of high-quality crops and/or livestock. This role requires strong leadership, agricultural knowledge, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

            •           Oversight of day-to- day farm operations

            •           Crop and/ or livestock management depending on assigned site.

            •           Supervision on farm workers and coordination of schedules.

            •           Knowledge and application of modern farming techniques.

            •           Record- Keeping and reporting on production, yields, and input usage.

            •           Equipment and inventory management.

            •           Compliance with safety and environmental standards.

            •           Basic financial and budget management for assigned units.

           Qualifications & Experience:

            •           All Academic Backgrounds are welcome. Farming Experience Required.

Preferred Skills:

            •           Familiarity with sustainable and organic farming practices.

            •           Proficiency in farm management software or data collection tools.

            •           Understanding of agricultural economics and marketing.
