Job Description

Position Title: Office manager and Admin/Finance

Branch: Food Pharmacy

Department: Administration/Finance

Reports To: Direct dealer

 

Responsibility Key Performance Indicator (Measures)
Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets, databases and managing filing systems

 

Coverage results
Recording office expenditure and managing the budget

 

Feedback on ability to work within a stated budget.
Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment Feedback on ability to work within a stated budget.
Organising and chairing meetings with staff – in lower paid roles this may include typing the agenda and taking minutes Punctuality, level of willingness and commitment to the project
Overseeing the induction of new staff, ensuring all contracts signed and correct paper work Feedback from new recruits regarding clarity of  communication and ability to adapt to the Saladmaster SOS program
Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed Coverage results
Attending conferences and training Punctuality, level of willingness and commitment to the project
Duties of the role may extend to the management of social media

 

Feedback on level of initiative and  feedback from both internal and external customers

 

Record all activity in the D.A.T.A System. This tracks all the information regarding the Dinners Cooked and Booked within the Dealership and is a lifeline to the statistics needed. This is why it is imperative that the D.S.C. and Consultant stay in constant contact with each other. Coverage results
Working with the Dealer to help plan a course of action and discuss the direction of the organization will only mean – MORE PRESENTATIONS. More presentations
Working with the Dealership Trainer to develop more People More presentations
Working with the Sales Management to help build a strong team of independent Consultants More presentations
Working with the Customer Service Department to secure an enthusiastic customer base can easily turn into more leads which means More presentations

Completes support functions in an accurate and timely fashion as directed by manager

Experience

Essential:  High knowledge in office management and people leadership roles.

Preferential: Experience in using the Saladmaster healthy cooking system and prior knowledge of the SOS program (training will be provided)
